The H33WORKS Curve Vase has a simple, smooth shape with soft curves, making it a clean and modern design that fits easily into any room.
3D printing settings
Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended for a good balance of detail and speed)
Wall Thickness: 1.6mm (for strength and watertight properties)
Top Layers: 4-5 (to ensure a solid, leak-free top)
Bottom Layers: 4-5 (to create a durable, watertight base)
Infill: 10-15% (increase if extra durability is needed)
Material: PETG or PLA (PETG is recommended for better water resistance)
Nozzle Temperature:
PLA: 200-210°C
PETG: 230-250°C
Bed Temperature:
PLA: 60°C
PETG: 70-80°C
Print Speed: 40-50 mm/s (slower for improved quality)
Supports: Enable supports only if the spout has overhangs or bridging that needs support.
Cooling: Enable cooling for smoother results (reduce cooling for PETG to prevent warping).
Additional Notes:
Ensure good bed adhesion using a glue stick or PEI sheet if needed.
Test the vase for leaks after printing by filling it with water; increase wall thickness if necessary.
For Vase Mode: Ensure the design is a single, watertight shell and use 0% infill with 1-2 outer walls for a lightweight version.
