Rousselot, Darling Ingredients’ premier collagen and gelatin brand, and xolo, a German company specializing in 3D printing for research and medical applications, have entered a co-branding agreement that will integrate Rousselot’s X-Pure GelMA solution into xolo’s ready-to-use bioinks for volumetric 3D printers.
xolo, known for its high-performance bioprinters, uses its proprietary Xolography technology to print complex cellular structures quickly and accurately. Rousselot Biomedical, an expert in biomedical gelatins, offers the X-Pure range, which is recognized for its exceptional purity and consistency. X-Pure GelMA (gelatin methacrylate), when used in bioinks, is designed to deliver exceptional stable, and reproducible printing results while supporting optimal cell growth.
