3D model description
Built in the late 19th century, the Brinkamahof lighthouse was located at the estuary of the Weser River, on the northern coast of Germany playing a key role in guiding ships towards Bremerhaven.
The model was designed using pictures and detailed drawing of the actual building in scale 1/160 (N scale).
You can resize it using your favourite software before print, however, if you do so, some of the parts may lose stability or look over scaled.
Model has 12 different pieces that you need to assembly as any other model kit: I attached an instruction booklet together with the downloaded files.
To complete the model you will need construction paper 0.25mm thick to build the upper catwalk: With the download you’ll get printable template and SVG file too to use it if you have acces to a laser cutter.
You’ll have a lot of fun with printing, painting, and weathering.
This model can be a great addition to your layout or diorama.
Happy modelling!
